  1. Looks great! How do you plan to provide tutoring the day? I'm curious, because we've lost our TAKS tutorial classes and aren't sure how we're going to provide tutoring (after school, pull-out during electives, etc.). Also, what data collection program does your district use? We had DMAC, but now we are using Eduphoria. I've never used it before.

  2. This year they extended our homeroom or what we call advocacy time. Previously, it was in the morning and used for breakfast in the classroom.
This year, they moved it to the middle of the day around the lunches, and made it an hour long.
Our school uses Campus online for data collection

  3. We use DMAC for data collection...just now beginning to get familiar with it! I think its great that your school has implemented tutorials in the school day, ours doesn't...wish we did. Good luck with your research!

  5. Looks great. For your advocacy committee, I would try to get a variety of teachers.

  6. My initial concern was finding time for extra time during the day aw well. Is the student always in a class with a teacher who can help in their area of need? In elementary this may not be a problem, but as a high school teacher, it would be a huge problem for me. Also, what if they are behind in multiple subjects?
